No Matter what I do … I am a rapist !!

Here is an interesting judgement from a court in Delhi, India.

Well, that’s interesting. So, it looks like if I think a person is right and go ahead with the relationship and later discover that she is not right for me, I have two options – Either marry the wrong person and live a hopeless life OR go to jail for 7 years !!

Worse, I had never promised to marry her. She is an ambitious educated woman and she is very open on sexual matters. Infact, she was the one who initiated physical intimacy. So, I say “But I never promised to marry her. How do you know that I promised to marry her”. “Because she says so.”. “How do you know that she is telling the truth ?”, I ask. “Why would she sleep with you otherwise ?”.  “Well, because she is modern woman who has no hangups about sex .” plus she is a gold digger who wants to get my assets, I mutter to myself.  ”Shut up ! no woman would sleep with you if you did not promise to marry her”.  “But, I didn’t !! Does she have ANY proof whatsoever ?”. “Do you have any proof that you didn’t promise to marry her”. “How can I prove that ?”. “That is your problem !”

Now, I am in a quandary.  I don’t want to go to jail.  I have no option. So, I marry her. Since she is obviously a wrong person, things go south.  Soon, I find myself in a divorce court and voila ! I am now accused of marital rape ? “Why ?” I ask ?. “Because she said so.”, I am told. “How do you know that it is true ?”, I protest.  “Then prove that you did not rape her”. Incredulous, I ask, “How do I do that ?”. “That’s your problem”, I am told in no uncertain terms.

So, No matter what I do … If I have sex … I am a rapist.

Something is not right here. This is a gross violation of my human rights. After all, she consented for sex. I did not rape her. Then why am I a rapist ? and what if she changes her mind about marrying me ? Would she be tried for rape ?  

Rape is heinous crime. But nowadays the rape law is being misused to a large extent – Thanks to a judiciary that is out of sync with the real world outside, where more than 25% youngsters have pre-marital sex (http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/articlerender.fcgi?artid=1174732.) Unfortunately, Rape is now being trivialized, which is a shame … and a great disservice to women who actually are victims of rape.

Wronged by Rights

You must have heard the term ”Women’s Rights”. Its the ”in-thing” to stand up for women’s rights.  Infact, NOT standing for women’s rights is so politically incorrect that few people will risk it. Never mind that they dont even dare to ask what those rights are ! So, everybody blindly supports women’s rights … without having a clue as to what they are …

So, yours truly did a survey. No ! not the kind where you interview people. But rather .. survey the laws that have been enacted in the name of women rights and try to figure out what these “rights” are ! Surely, there must some some rights that must have been granted to women by these laws.

So, according to the laws most recently passed in India, following is a list of women rights -

1. A Woman’s Right to control and subjudicate the male partner

2. A Woman’s Right to publicly humiliate and physically abuse the male partner and his entire family

3. A Woman’s Right to divest her male partner of all his money and property

4. A Woman’s Right to send the male partner and his entire family to jail on her whims and fancies

5. A Woman’s Right to force her male partner to be a slave to her family

6. A Woman’s Right to kick out her male partner from HIS house at her will

7. A Woman’s Right to commit adultery (and send the male partner to jail if he dares object)

8. A Woman’s Right to kill an unborn child regardless of the male’s partner’s feelings.

9. A Woman’s Right to have all “rights” and no responsibilities

Baffled ? Surprised ? Shocked ? Dont be ! A woman in India now has all the above legal “rights” ! The recently passed domestic violence bill and the draconian anti-dowry law has now given greedy women the power to take complete control of her male partner – emotionally, physically and financially. She can kick him around all his life and he is like a bonded laborer – legally forced and committed to serving his female master and her family.

These “rights” are wrong. And all these wrongs can never make a right.

The story of the domestic violence law of India gets more interesting by the day.

According to Hindustan Times, when someone suggested that there should be a “domestic harmony act , where both genders are accountable for the violence at home”, this is what Ms. Renuka Chaudhary had to say “An equal gender law would be ideal. But there is simply too much physical evidence to prove that it is mainly the woman who suffers at the hands of the man“.

So, this is what I have to say to you Ms. Minister – “If you developed half a brain with some sense and perspective for justice, that would be ideal. But there is simply too much physical evidence to prove that it is mainly your vested self interests and your hatred for men that cause you to pursue myopic policies victimizing innocent men, who suffer at the hands of unscrupulous women“

Ms. Minister, I wonder if you realize that the basic premise of any law in any civilized country is “Punish the Guilty, Protect the innocent”. The guilty should be punished, irrespective of the gender. However, to pursue your own vested self interests, you have come out with the monster of a law, which you yourself acknowledge, will be misused. If you knew that, then shouldn’t you have tried to put in provisions to have strict punishments for women who file false and frivolous complaints. Alas, you couldn’t do that as in your short sighted vision, you think giving women legal supremacy over men is how you achieve “women and child welfare” which is supposedly your official department.

So, now, the minister does not want gender neutral laws ? I thought the whole idea behind feminism was that men and women be treated equally. And now, the minister wants to make gender specific laws, favaorable to women. She thinks that the men who suffer at the hands of women do not have any rights and she has refused to give them protection under the domestic violence law. Not only that, in her law, which she claims as a “Diwali Gift” for women, domestic violence is supposed to occur only when a woman is abused by a man. If a woman abuses a man or another woman, the victim does not have any recourse under this law.

Howsoever misguided and sinister your designs are, I have to commend your strategy, . It is very similar to what happened with the anti-dowry law (498a). Very stringent anti-dowry laws were made, where a wife could make a false complaint at the drop of a hat, implicating the husband and his entire family and getting them imprisioned (merely on the basis of her statment) traumatizing the entire family and hurling them into a terrible ordeal that lasts for years. Over time two things chaged – 1. Women became more independent. and 2. The practice of dowry became less prevalent, especially amongst educated youth in urban India. However, since the law could be misused so easily, the number of irresponsible women filing false cases went up significantly. This data was used by women organizations to “prove” that the practice of dowry was increasing. You have designed a similar strategy here. Since the domestic violence law can be so easily misused, lots of irresponsible and greedy women will file false cases and then you will claim that the crime against women is increasing and then you will make laws to victimize men further. Your strategy deserves a accolades, though I loathe and detest your goals.If your idea of women and child welfare is to marginalize men and given women sweeping legal powers over men, then sadly you are mistaken. Your laws will increase domestic acrimony and intolerance. This will lead to more broken homes and more suffering for men, women and children. You are victimizing half the population by your poorly drafted law and that is bound to cause resentment. A society can take only so much of injustice, before a rebellion breaks out.

THE INDIAN DOMESTIC VIOLENCE LAW – PROTECTION FOR WOMEN OR VICTIMIZATION OF MEN?

Though I have personally not seen it, the grapevine has it that a female Govt. of India minister said on live TV that “It’s now men’s turn to suffer”. And suffer they will ! After this law, any respectable and otherwise law abiding man can be charged under a criminal offence at the whims and fancies of a woman.

Thursday, October 26, 2006 (New Delhi):

The Domestic Violence Act comes into effect from Thursday.

If a man commits any kind of violence or even insults his wife, he can land in jail with a fine up to Rs 20,000.

The Act covers women, be they wives, live-in partners, sisters, mothers, mothers-in-law or any other woman relation.

The new law protects them against:

Physical violence For example: Beating, slapping, hitting, biting, kicking, punching, pushing, shoving or causing bodily pain or injury in any other manner.Sexual violence, including against children Forced sexual intercourse Forces you to look at pornography or any other obscene pictures or material Any act of sexual nature to abuse, humiliate or degrade you, or which is otherwise violative of your dignity or any other unwelcome conduct of sexual nature Child sexual abuse Verbal and emotional violence Insults Name calling Accusations on your character and conduct etc Insults for not having a male child Insults for not bringing dowry etc Preventing you or a child in your custody from attending school, college or any other educational institution Preventing you from taking up a job, forcing you to leave your job Preventing you or a child in your custody from leaving the house Preventing you from meeting any person in the normal course of events Forcing you to get married when you don’t want to marry Preventing you from marrying a person of your own choice Forcing you to marry a particular person of his/their own choice Threat to commit suicide Any other verbal or emotional abuse Economic violence Not providing you money for maintaining you or your children Not providing food, clothes, medicines etc for you or your children Stopping you from carrying on your employment or disturbing you in carrying on your employment Not allowing you to take up an employment or taking away your income from your salary, wages etc Forcing you out of the house you live in Stopping you from accessing or using any part of the house Not allowing use of clothes, articles or things of general household use Not paying rent if staying in a rented accommodation

‘Diwali gift’

“It’s my Diwali gift to all you women out there” – this is how Minister for Women and Child Development Renuka Chowdhary described the Domestic Violence Act.

The minister is also in touch with the Home Ministry to sensitise the police force to such complaints being made in the future.

INDIAN MEN ENSLAVED AND REDUCED TO PET DOGS WITH THE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ACT

So, you have heard that an insane law called domestic violence prevention act has been implemented. You might have heard that it gives women absolute and complete power over men.

So, if you are an unmarried Indian man, you take the easy way out. You decide not to get married !! Well Tough luck buddy !! Doesnt matter if you dont marry !! This law applies to live-ins also. As long as a woman has “shared a residence” with a man, she can use any provision of this law.

Also, apparently justice is served only if a man is punished for insulting a woman. Its OK if a woman insults a woman as the law says that the “PETITIONER can only be WOMAN and the RESPONDENT can ONLY be a MAN”.

And oh by the way, I hope one knows that if you have been friendly with an Indian female, she can always accuse you of rape, if you dont marry her (or even if she decides not to marry you), regardless of whether you ever had intercourse with her or not. And if you marry her, then you are screwed as you are a legal slave to her – body and spirit ! Your whole existence is for her pleasure !!

They should change the marriage vows now, in India. The man should be asked “Do you agree to faithfully serve and cater to every whims and fancies of your wife and her relatives and be a good pet dog and doormat that she can spit on?” and man, fearful of being charged under a false rape case, glances at the menancing woman, sighs and with eyes downcast says “I do”. The priest then announces .. “The bride may now KICK the groom … for the rest of her life !! “

FEMINAZIS RUN AMOK IN INDIA – DESTROY THE INSTITUTION OF MARRIAGE

The law, supposedly, for “protection of the women” is actually a nuke bomb in the hands of feminazis to destroy the Indian man and the Indian society, by their short sightedness.
Cant you see the obvious bias here ? Men have no rights according to this law. It can only be used by women against men. What kind of justice is this ?? The law is half baked. Even NCW (National Commission for Women) would not have thought that it will pass.

Allow me to explain. According to the law,

1. if the female files a case, she gets to live in the residence and the man is kicked out of the house. To top it off, the man has to continue paying the rent.

2. The female can ask for money from the man .. for whatever purpose. She can ask any amount of money she wants. If the man refuses, he goes to jail. Forget refusing, if he gives 1 paisa less than what she demands, he goes to jail. Is this not economic abuse of men ??

3. The man can not ask for money from the female, no matter what. If he does, he goes to jail. And oh, by the way, he is responsible for the rent if they live in a shared accomodation.

4. If the female insults the man, he has no recourse. If the man insults the female, he goes to jail.

5. If the female has affair and the man objects and tries to prevent her from meeting her paramour, the man goes to jail.

Many many more things are possible. Just read the law. It can be misused for any day to day things. All you need is a greedy, selfish, egoistic, irresponsible woman (and there are plenty out there).

People readily acknowledge that this law can be misused. Their counter arguments are

1. The number of miuses will be very low – Say this to a man whose life has been destroyed by a false case. On a television channel, they said that if 80 women take adv of this law, 20 men will be falsely implicated. The law will be misused heavily in urban india. Once a man is falsely implicated and goes to jail and has a criminal record, then forget about getting a decent job. A FALSE CRIMINAL CASE DESTROYS A PERSON’s REPUTATION. HE IS DESTROYED SOCIALLY, EMOTIONALLY AND FINANCIALLY.

2. Why will a woman do that if she is happily married ? – Ah ! so you are at the mercy of the woman ! If she is not happy, she can file these cases and ruin your life. So, if the woman wants to kick out old parents from home, and if the man doesnt agree, then she is not happy and that justifies filing the case. If she is having an extra marital affair, and if the man objects, then she is not happy and she can file the case. So, a man exists to serve the woman and if she is not happy, he will be destroyed using this law.

3. There are enough social checks in place – No there are not !!! The society is changing and the “bhartiya naari” is becoming what the feminazis say “liberated”. It is becoming a westernized society and indian values are fast disappearing. The indian laws assumed that the women are chaste and will not do anyting to bring on a bad reputation. Some of the educated women today have no shame and guilt in running after money. There are irresponsible women and this law gives a sword to a monkey.

4. Why dont men make any organizations and fight for justice – Ah !! The groups who used to cry Gender equality are now saying this after making gender specific laws favorable to women. This argument smacks of insincerity. Where is gender equality now ??? The law should be to protect the innocent and punish the guilty irrespective of gender.

Please stop making these ridiculous arguments. Feminazis have taken over the media and are now taking over the law making machinery. The system has broken down. Now what will happen is that women will file false cases and then the feminazis will say, the crime against women is increasing !!

Any educated, intelligent person knows whats going on here. I find it disappointing that anyone would even try to defend this insane law. Regardless of your gender, If you are a well meaning person, who stands for justice, how can you even comprehend supporting this law ?

I saw some emails, that this should be challenged in Supreme court. Well, who is going to do this ? There are no decent men organizations in India. The few that we have are powerless and nothing compared to the strength of feminazis. We do not get Govt or UN funds. In the west, the so called “domestic violence” lobby is just a money making machine. Read the story of woman who as perfectly happy in the marriage and then in the name of helping her, she was brought to the brink. And all that was done, so that the feminazis can increase their statistics and demand more money and more funds.

By their propoganda, The Feminazis have succeeded in destroying the institution of marriage and the fabric of the society in India.

So, now that Indian men have been tamed and enslaved and they will suffer for decades to come, the feminazis have effectively made an indian man a pet dog. So, what next ?? Its the money honey !!! Look at this article in Times of India.

The headline is “Keep her safe”. The agenda is tax breaks for women. Nowadays, in the name of women welfare, everything goes and sadly people fall for it.
